Teams inside one organisation. Our best work happens at companies that build software: SaaS products, platforms, or any business with engineers on the payroll. Those companies have two problems at once, because their engineers and their business teams both need to change how they work, and they rarely get one partner who can do both. The Development track is for software developers, tech leads and product owners. The Business track is for marketing, sales, creative, operations, finance and HR.
In-company runs for your teams only, on your own codebase and workflows, from a one-day Activation to a full Adoption program with Day C for your champions. Open workshops are open-enrolment days you can join individually.
In-company programs are delivered on-site at your location, or online. Our open workshops run regularly in Amsterdam and Barcelona.
The Business track needs no coding at all. The Development track is hands-on and built for developers, though participants regularly join with little coding background and still ship a working project by the end of the day.
We work in your own environment wherever possible and sign an NDA before every in-company program. We never train models on your data.
In-company programs can be delivered in English, Dutch or Spanish. Open workshops are in English.
